What is Shelly
Shelly is a new kind of restaurant in Melbourne created by the team behind Shelanous, launching in November 2025.
Each evening at Shelly is a three-hour dining experience that blends exceptional food with an immersive, surprising show. Guests are seated together at one long communal table to encourage interaction, connection, and genuine moments between people.
The evening features a set tasting menu paired with matching beverages.
You don’t need to choose a thing.
Each dish is chosen with purpose, to awaken your senses and pull you into the story.
Beyond taste, Shelly creates moments you can see, hear, touch, and even smell, with fun always at the heart of the experience.

Whether you're hosting 30 guests at our long table, booking out the entire upstairs floor, or taking over the full venue and bar.
We create full sensory nights that are anything but ordinary. No boring menus. No formal vibes. Just real moments with people you love.
Shelly opens at 809 Glen Huntly Road, Caulfield, Melbourne, with our first guests welcomed in early November 2025.
We're starting with a special launch price of $295 per person, available only during the initial weeks before moving to the regular full price.
Shelly is fully kosher and halal-friendly, and we happily accommodate dietary requirements.
Please note, due to the nature of the experience, Shelly is suitable for guests aged 13 and above.
